IT Services for New Jersey Businesses

How We Work With New Jersey Clients

  • Remote first: most requests are handled through a secure connection — 10-minute response in business hours, urgent tickets 24/7.
  • On site in South Jersey: Pennsville, Carneys Point, Penns Grove, Pedricktown, Logan Township (Bridgeport) and Swedesboro / Woolwich — the business and warehouse corridor along I-295 and the New Jersey Turnpike, minutes across the Delaware Memorial Bridge — with no travel fee. Elsewhere in New Jersey: remote support, with on-site visits by arrangement.
  • One local team: the same engineers who know your systems handle both remote and on-site work.

New Jersey Rules Worth Knowing

New Jersey’s breach notification law requires businesses to report a breach of customers’ personal information to the New Jersey State Police before notifying the customers. Good security, MFA and tested backups make that day much less likely — and much easier if it comes.

Plans and Pricing

Managed IT plans are billed monthly per user with no long-term contract: Basic Cube from $50, Pro Cube from $100 and Elite Cube from $200 per user per month. One-time projects are quoted before work starts. See what each plan includes.

How Support Works

  • Business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Eastern): call 484-569-1870, email [email protected] or open a ticket — we respond within 10 minutes. Responding means a technician is working on your request; fixing it may take longer.
  • After hours, weekends and holidays: open a ticket in the client portal and set its priority. Urgent tickets reach an on-call engineer 24/7 on every plan; normal and low tickets are handled the next business day.
  • Remote first: most account, email, software and settings problems are fixed remotely through a secure connection — usually the fastest way.
  • On-site when needed: hardware, cabling, network equipment, printers or a whole office down. No travel fee from Wilmington, DE up to Philadelphia, PA and in South Jersey up to Swedesboro; for other locations travel terms are agreed before the visit. On-site visits are included in Pro Cube and Elite Cube; Basic Cube includes one on-site visit a month. Remote support is always included at no extra charge.

How to set ticket priority

Clients open tickets in the client portal and choose how urgent the problem is. Choosing honestly keeps the urgent line fast for everyone.

PriorityUse it whenExamplesWhat happens
Urgent — work is stoppedThe business or a whole team cannot work, or there may be a security incidentInternet or server down for the office; nobody can log in; suspected ransomware or a hacked mailbox; you cannot take payments or print shipping labelsAn engineer responds 24/7, on every plan. During business hours, also call us.
Normal — something is broken, but we can workOne person or one device has a problem; there is a workaroundOne computer will not start; one printer is offline; a user cannot open one application; email is slowHandled during business hours; tickets opened at night are picked up the next business morning.
Low — a question or a small changeNothing is broken; the work can be plannedA new employee starts next week; install software; add a shared mailbox; a “how do I…” questionScheduled during business hours.

Tips for a faster fix: one problem per ticket; say who is affected and since when; attach a screenshot or a photo of the error; leave a phone number we can reach you on. Never send passwords in a ticket, a form or email — we will arrange secure access.
